‘Seller Disclosure’ prepared by third party (Pre-signing) Where the Seller Disclosure (Form 2) has prepared by a third party, MAP Lawyers can review and recommend any necessary amendments prior to signing the contract. +699.00

* Please note that for nonstandard contracts where we have been engaged after the contract has been signed, 50% of the above review fees will be charged as the contract will still need to be reviewed to properly advise clients on their rights and obligations.
