The Queensland State Government announced in the June 2018 Budget that the First Home Owner’s Grant will continue, however at a lower level of $15,000. The grant was boosted in 2016 to $20,000 and has been extended a couple of times, however unfortunately the larger grant will cease on 30 June 2018.

Like the Maroons winning streak not every good thing can last for ever!!!

The eligibility conditions remain the same.
