I have used Megan Roberts at MAP Lawyers (Brisbane) for multiple property transactions - both buying and selling. On the occasions when I was selling my properties - I did not use a real estate agent to assist with the sale of my properties (I managed the sale process myself) so I needed to make sure I was staying 'legal' and getting the right advice.
