TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBMISSION FORM

  1. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of MAP Lawyers and their immediate families.
  1. Entry
  • Entry to the prize draw is free.
  • To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form with all required information.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  1. Prize
  • The prize is as described in the promotional material.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  1. Draw and Notification
  • The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  • The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the entry form within 7 days of the draw.
  1. Use of Personal Information
  • By entering the prize draw, entrants authorise MAP Lawyers to collect, store, and use their personal information (including name, company, email address, and phone number) for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing purposes, including sending promotional materials and updates.
  • Entrants consent to MAP Lawyers contacting them by email, phone, or SMS for marketing purposes.
  • Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication or by contacting MAP Lawyers directly.
  1. Privacy
  • MAP Lawyers will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  1. General
  • MAP Lawyers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control.
  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
